To find a sports partner with The One: 1. Download the free app. 2. Create your profile with your sports and skill level. 3. Enable your location (optional) to see partners nearby. 4. Filter by sport, distance, and level. 5. Join a session or launch a Find The One search. Whether it's for the gym, running, football, or tennis, you'll find your ideal partner in seconds.
How does the reliability system work?
The reliability system works in 3 steps: 1. After each session, participants rate each other. 2. These ratings build a reliability score visible on your profile. 3. This score helps the community identify the most committed and punctual partners. The more you participate and receive positive reviews, the higher your score.
Is the app free?
Yes, The One is a free sports app. The free plan includes up to 4 sessions or requests per week, access to all sessions, and profile creation. Premium ($6.99/month or $39.99/year) unlocks unlimited Find The One access and all advanced features.
Is location required?
No, location is entirely optional. It only serves to show you nearby partners and sessions. You can disable it at any time in the app settings. Your location data is never shared with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account: open the app → Settings → Account → Delete my account. You can also submit a request from our dedicated account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and all your data will be erased.
