The One is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Find sports partners
• Create and join events
• Chat via messaging

By using the application, you agree to these terms.

To use The One, you must:

• Meet the required legal age (minimum 18 years old)
• Provide accurate information
• Use the application in compliance with applicable laws

You are responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity carried out from your account
• Keeping your information up to date

The One reserves the right to suspend your account in the event of abuse, fraud, or serious violation of these terms.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
• Identity theft or impersonation
• Spam, scams, or phishing
• Illegal content
• Use of bots or unauthorized scraping

Each organizer is responsible for the information published about their events (location, schedule, capacity, level).

Participants are responsible for their behavior and their safety during events.

The One is NOT an event organizer and cannot be held responsible for the conduct of events created by users.

Sports activities involve risks. You must ensure that your health condition is compatible with the activities in which you participate.

If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before participating in an activity.

You retain ownership of the content you publish on the application.

By publishing content, you grant The One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and technically distribute this content for the purpose of operating the application.

The One reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content that violates the platform rules.

In the event of repeated offenses or serious violations, the user's account may be suspended or banned.

The code, brand, design, and all assets of The One are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reuse is strictly prohibited.

The service is provided "as is." The One does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service.

The One shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

You may delete your account at any time from the application settings.

The One reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
