End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to compliance with these terms, The One (hereinafter "the Licensor"), grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to download, install and use the application "The One" (hereinafter "the Application") on a mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal and non-commercial use.

The Application is reserved for persons aged 18 and over. By installing the Application, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from the Application.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
• Rent, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Application.
• Remove, alter or obscure any intellectual property notices contained in the Application.
• Use the Application for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

The Application, including its source code, design, graphics, icons, text and all other content, is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. The Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Application. This license does not confer any ownership rights over the Application.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The Licensor does not warrant that the Application will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Application is free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your device.

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
